Toko Shinoda, an iconic female artist in Japan and recognized throughout the world, passed away in 2021 at 107 years old. She was still creating her own unique abstract expressionist style artworks until her final days. She has been a powerhouse artist from the beginning, exhibiting at the MoMA in the 1950s. Her art works throughout the decades have been collected and exhibited in many major art museums across the world.

Good estate condition; overall even toning to paper; some very minor scattered spot of foxing or inclusions in the paper.
