Irvin Morris (1904-1985), Atlantic, NC. Some people think that this particular decoy was made by his father, Irvin Morris, Sr. It has exceptional form and is made from a light weight material, probably a cypress knee. It is one of the largest examples known and could have been intended as a yellowlegs decoy. Oil can stand conveys.
