Likely Tongzhi or early Guangxu reign (1862-1890), the exterior a bright orange with enameled floral sprays, insects, and birds; each side with shaped cartouche featuring a detailed figural scene; lion masks support metal bail handles; the domed cover with conforming decoration and large Buddhist lion finial; turquoise interior and foot.
