Two Fine Chinese Mandarin Robes

Circa 1796-1820, the first a red silk brocade with embroidered flowers, flared cuffs, collar and trim with foo dog motif and metallic threads, the second an imperial robe in a dark blue silk with mostly gold metallic thread depicting nine dragons in cloud motif with birds and bi disc, the lower portion fully embroidered in silver and gold metallic threads in a repeating diagonal pattern.

Both in fair condition with areas of separation and loss.
