The first with carved ebony face and with gem set turban and collar consisting of (14) bead set round cut rubies and (14) round cut emeralds to collar (measuring approximately 2.20mm) and with (3) collet set rubies and (2) collet set emeralds to collar, completed with single pin stem and trombone clasp, marked 18KT and possibly with a maker's mark (1.75 in.); the second with carved ebony face and gem set headdress and bodice consisting of (2) bezel set oval ruby cabochons (5.90 x 4.40mm) and (2) pearls (2.50mm) to headdress and bodice with (3) collet set round cut rubies (3.50mm) and suspending (3) cultured pearls (4.10mm and 2.70mm), engraved, completed with single pen stem and locking C clasp, unmarked and testing 18KT (2 in.).

Updated Condition: Pin stem likely later replacement to blackamoor with gold headdress; jeweled headdress sits at angle and with aged wear to face.
