The left interior pocket carries a Horstmann, Philadelphia label naming the owner as David F. O'Neil, Midshipman, USNA, 1927. O'Neil would become Assistant Commanding General of the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing.

Shoulder boards not present; small split to jacket's lining. Overall very fine condition.
