19th century, both with greenish glass and ash glazes, the first is a half gallon plus size, unmarked (10 in.) (handle slightly askew as made); the second is a half gallon jug and is stamped as such, with rings at the neck (8.25 in.), the 1/2 stamp is identical to one used by Thomas Ritchie as are the rings at the neck (some loss at the base).
