Circa 16th century, over 500 pages, folio (15 x 9.5 in.), tooled leather covers with applied gilt in recessed borders and central medallion, each leaf is covered with meticulous calligraphy enhanced by liberal gilt highlighting.

The front cover is loose; the back cover is completely separated from the spine; three leaves at the book's beginning are separated from the spine and show considerable loss along the inside edge; the binding remains sound for the remainder of the book; overall age toning.
