Mid 19th century; each in the form of a drum, strapped with finely detailed rope, the hinged covers with drumsticks atop an open music sheet and laurel wreath, belt form handles, finely cast leopard's mouth spouts, each supported on three lion mask and paw feet; makers mark: "T H & S" with shield.

Teapot: 4.25 in.

Extensive bleeding to teapot; two sections of rope detail missing; poorly done solder repair to one side to re-attach rope trim; cream jug with some bleeding primarily to top; scratch beside bottom of handle.
