Circa 1880, the flattened disk form cover surmounted with two long red haired women in ornate brocade clothing, holding gilt and lacquered dishes, one shown seated and one shown standing, the cover rests atop an ovoid body further decorated with dancing red haired women with fans, divided by naturalistic waves and heavy gold drops at neck, all raised on three figural feet of squatting women.
