Pertaining to Benjamin Sisson of Orange County. Included are the following items: Manuscript deed for 86 acres bought from John Mallory, January 3, 1816, one page, 13.25" x 8". Smoothed folds, very good condition. Manuscript receipt for goods bought from Robert Stringfellow, July 23, 1825, one page, 4" x 8.25". Smoothed folds, browning, good condition. Manuscript receipt for goods bought from Robert Stringfellow, May 9, 1832, one page, 6" x 8", one page. Smoothed folds, good condition. Two partially printed Orange County property tax receipts, 1831 and 1832, each one page, 3" x 8", "2 Negroes, 4 Horses" listed for both years. Light stains, good condition. None of the documents were examined out of the frame and they likely have docketing en verso.
