Bird and flowers style hanging scrolls on silk mounts, the first of ink and wash on paper depicting a single bamboo tree with a two column calligraphic inscription on the upper right side, artist seal stamps (DOA 72 x 15 in. with an image of 52 x 11.75 in.); the second scroll, ink and color on silk, depicting a flowering plant and bamboo leaves, calligraphy title and signature with red seal in the upper right corner. (DOA 59.25 x 16 in. with an image measuring 32x 12 in.)

Both paintings have wooden earth (lower) rods.

The header of the scroll is torn from the top rod on one end, and there are two minor holes to the silk on one side; the painting has toning and minor staining with creases; damage to the header of the second scroll.
