Mt. Morris, New York, circa 1870s, walnut half stock retaining seven (7) of eight (8) German silver inlays, octagonal steel barrel, 29 in., marked E. LOOMIS on top, with brass ring sight behind muzzle, raised rear sight, brass furniture and engraved cap box, lockplate marked REMINGTON.

Original patinated surfaces throughout, working action; missing deer head inlay and cap to ramrod. Overall very good condition.
