19th century, both enamel decorated with young boys. The first, a rouge de fer lidded box painted with five young boys on the slightly domed lid (faint scratches to lid and several to the sides), bottom with Daoguang seal; the second is a thinly potted conical dish, the sides tapering to a short circular foot, interior and exterior finely painted with scenes of boys frolicking and playing instruments in an outdoor setting (through hairline to side), four-character seal to bottom.
