This portrait was completed in Paris and is illustrated in BOLESLAW JAN CZEDEKOWSKI: THE ARTIST AND HIS WORK by Karl Strobl (Vienna: Verlag "Kunst ins Volk," 1959). A copy of this book is included in the lot.
