French, 1980s, designed as an exquisitely beaded and embroidered cropped jacket with under the sea theme, composed of thousands of beads, faux pearls, and rhinestones depicting an octopus, seaweed, fish, and other creatures of the sea, completed by black silk crepe sleeves and back, the interior lined in silk and trimmed in velvet with multi hook closure down the front, labeled "Loris Azzaro / Made in France".
