(Dominican/American, second half 20th century), designed as an elegant cocktail dress composed of black wool crepe, with spaghetti strap top detailing going into a semi fitted waist, terminating in a swooping skirt which drops down the back, completed by a zip and hook and eye closure, labeled "Oscar de la Renta."

De la Renta became internationally known in the 1960s as one of the couturiers to dress Jacqueline Kennedy.

In excellent condition with only the slightest traces of wear expected from use to the outside, the interior with some loose areas to silk lining but not of concern.
