Circa 1800, attributed to Boston, mahogany, mahogany veneers, burled maple veneers, pine secondary wood, of delicate form, the rectangular top enhanced by turret corners and light wood inlay to the edge, above a single drawer faced with burl veneer, the slide for the work basket pulls out from the right side, raised on tall slender reeded legs.

The stand is finished on all sides with a conforming burl panel to the rear.
