This board is illustrated in an advertisement for Hitchcock House Antiques, Inc. in "The Magazine Antiques," July 1998, p. 36. Included with the lot is a new shink wrapped copy of THE ART OF THE GAME (2001) by Tim Chambers and featuring the collection of Selby Shaver.

Overall wear and scuffs from actual use; 2 in. split in the frame from a nail; the painted surfaces are original and largely intact. Overall good condition.
