Bat print pattern number 1159, London shape, each with country house scenes alternating with fruit decorated panels against a cobalt ground and gilt decoration, three scenes are identified - "Edgecote Cottage," "Sedley Lodge," and "Tenwell Hall (sic)." The (28) piece service includes: teapot and stand, sugar bowl with cover, open waste bowl, circular dish, (11) saucers, and (11) teacups.

Loss and hairline to dish. Repaired handle to grain and hairline to bottom. Sugar with hairline and flake to lid. Extensive hairlines to teapot. One (1) teacup with minute flakes to lip. One (1) teacup with minute flake to foot. The teapot with spider hairlines to base; large chip to teapot stand; one saucer with hairlines to underside; one teacup with minute flake to rim; some expected light rubbing to gilding.
