Late 19th century, probably French, of a shaped lozenge decorated with 18th century style figures and landscapes overlaid with detailing of raised gilt scrolls and lattice. Appears to retain original silk lining now somewhat loose. Bottom stamped with retailer "Gilman Collamore & Co./5th Avenue & 30th ST/New York".
