Plaque brooch centering on a large oval sapphire (8.82 x 6.66 x 2.93 mm) (approximately 1.40 carat) prong set with pear shaped sapphires (approximately 1.12 carat) horizontally prong set on each side, surrounded by (24) straight cut baguette diamonds (approximately 1.32 total carat) and (48) full cut round diamonds (approximately 3.78 total carat) prong and bead set along each side. Under mounting fitted with flexible link to thread chain and one single pin stem with a trombone hinge closure.
