The first, the fabric blades painted with scenes of amorous couples and cupids, having gilt and silver overlay to the ivory spines, in fair condition with numerous tears and loss to overlay. The second fan with similar decoration to the fabric and is additionally highlighted by portrait vignettes, mother-of -pearl spines, with some tears and minor overlay loss, fabric-covered shadowbox frame intact.
