Hand-painted with a charming poultry show scene, the bulbous foot bearing three presentation inscriptions reading "Oaks Second Annual Poultry Show," "Presented by Mrs. Chas. Rehfuss Jan. 1914," and "To the One Winning the Greatest Number Firsts in American Class," signed on the bottom "Alice L. Cope Rehfuss 1914."
