Late 18th century, walnut, yellow pine secondary, two part form, upper case with cove molded cornice having dentil frieze and surmounted by a pitched pediment featuring a central turned finial, two molded paneled doors opening to reveal a shelved interior above seven valanced pigeon holes, desk with hinged lipped slant front lid opening to a divided interior featuring a central prospect door flanked by two fluted document drawers, four pigeon holes with shaped valences and with nine small drawers, the case with four graduated molded edge drawers having three-quarter length dust boards, flanked by fluted quarter columns, on later bracket foot base.

Original pediment reset and with later rear blocking; upper hinged doors with later hinges and vertical full length sliver wood patch to each door side for re-hinging purposes; replaced pulls with shadow marks; replaced bracket foot base.
