Italian born, Stephanie Pezza had settled in San Francisco by 1900 where she owned the Roman School of Fine Arts. An accomplished artist of still lifes and landscapes, she exhibited at the San Francisco Art Association (1916); Society for Sanity in Art, and California Palace of Legion of Honor, (1939).
