In green, brown, and gold thread on loose weave natural linen, depicting a double chimney house flanked by evergreen trees with the brown trunk extending into the foliage of the tree, typical of the Easton group of samplers of Northampton County, with irregular bud and diamond shaped leaf border; with verse and signed by maker, "Susanna Lerch October the 7 1832 / Northampton County Rauba Ville."
