Presented in a later frame with note indicating painting was reframed in 1992. Inscription to paper backing reads, "was given to JM and NB Lloyd by Gen. Julian Carr in 1920s" and a later inscription reads, "was property of Juneus Malcolm Lloyd and Nannie Lloyd."
