19th century, probably Austro-Hungarian, designed as a single stem cyclamen, bud set with one drop shape cultured pearl accented with (4) straight baguette rubies, the leaves and stem enhanced with (33) Old Mine cut and Rose cut diamonds, fine engraving along stem, with single pin stem and clasp, with a maker's mark.
