Both likely the first half of the 19th century, the first being an English telescope covered in vellum, the front section being painted with floral designs, brass mounts to ends (26.5 in. extended) (does not function; soling); the second being a pocket watch box shaped like a keyhole, with glass-faced hinged lid, the interior lined with wallpaper, the exterior painted with a faux red wood grain (13.5 in.) (1 in. fracture to the glass; age crack on the lid; overall wear).
