London (1847) hallmarks; the three piece set includes a teapot, parcel gilt open sugar bowl, and parcel gilt cream jug; the teapot with engraved presentation inscription reading "This Tea Service was Presented on the 20th of Jan. 1848 to the Revd. Henry Thomas Streeten B.A. by the Inhabitants of Lydiard Millicent as a token of their regard and a memorial of his valuable services in the restoration of their Church."
