Although not signed, and many were not, these are strikingly similar to other known works by Eichholtz. Furthermore, these three portraits were discovered in a home in Lancaster, PA, where Eichholtz was known to have lived and worked.

The portrait of the mother has been examined out of the frame and does have some transfer to the glass, several minor insect holes, and the paper with "W" or "M" watermark.
