Pine construction, two are 19th century with red painted surfaces, the first of open box form (4.75 x 14 x 7.5 in.); the second also open but appears to have originally had a lid (9 x 9 x 5 in.); the third is 20th century with decorative heart cut-out of the back panel and overall red/black sponged paint (19 x 9.25 x 5 in.).
