Early 20th century, porcelain painted with a mountainous winter landscape scene, a small pavilion with heavy yellow curtains on the lower left side with two figures, remnant of brown Chinese Customs Permission wax seal affixed to lower right hand corner, calligraphy with a red seal on the upper right side of the plaque, framed in two-toned handsome wood frame with Chinese metal decorative hanger at top.
