1973, signed "Fumio Kitaoka 1973" in pencil on lower right hand side, "Pond in Early Summer" in Japanese and English in pencil in center, and "95/200" on lower left hand side, striking abstract image of rocks with bright green foliage in the center of a light aqua pond with trees and a bridge in the background, professionally framed under glass.

By descent from family while stationed in Okinawa during the 70s and purchased directly from the artist.

Excellent condition; a few spots on right hand side that appear to be from glass.
