Consisting of (35) pieces variously from Michigan, Wisconsin or Ohio, all save four with old manuscript labels indicating find location, each item mounted with thin wire in a wooden shadowbox frame. Included are edged tools, projectile points, personal ornaments, needles and fish hooks.

Largest artifact is a stemmed spear point, 8 in. LOA.

Collected by Paul Herman (b. 1874), circa 1900-1940, and by descent to the consignor

The labels generally give both state and county points of origin; the two earl spools are from "Hopewell Mound - Ohio," while three copper disc beads and a large needle are designated as being from "Temple Mound."
