Lacking Part 3, (Washington: Congressional Globe Office, 1864), large quarto, three quarter calf over marbled boards, gilt title on spine. These issues of the Globe contain transcriptions of Congressional debates from the First Session of the Thirty-Eighth Congress when the outcome of the Civil War was yet to be decided. All three volumes signed in April 1865 by a Henry Barricklow.
