19th century, black silk ground with red, white, and gilt decoration, he stands with his feet askance on figures over a lotus base, he holds a vajra chopper in his hand up in the air and a skull cup in his other, a necklace of decapitated heads around his neck, his face is ferocious with bared fangs and bulging eyes surmounted by a skull tiara, backed by a flaming aureole, with Buddhist deities above and below, with mountains to the left and right, professionally framed under glass, not examined outside of the frame.
