Qing dynasty (1644-1911), may represent Wei Tuo, the figure is depicted standing with a dragon belt, detailed armor, dream stone or marble inset in the center of chest, covered cavity in the back, red lacquer painted base with raised relief of clouds gilded raised dragon peeking through clouds.

Wei Tuo is one of the eight deities that protect the principles of Buddhism, referred to as the Bodhisattva Skanda, he is featured wearing armor because he protects the Book of Wisdom and laws of Buddhism.

Loss of figures on left hand; break and loss to the halo and both sections of bottom; loss on left side of crown; three holes on top of head; cracking and loss to base surface and to feet; later retouching; general wear.
