Necklace centered with a copy of a 4th century BC Macedonian gold coin bezel set with a diamond accented surround featuring (14) bead set round brilliant cut diamonds and anchored to each side by a lion's head having ruby set eyes and a diamond accented collar with five bead set diamonds, completed with a round wheat chain terminating in a barrel clasp with bead and rope twist accents, stamped 750 and with a maker's mark. Total diamond weight of approximately .48 carats with G-H color, SI1-SI2 clarity.
