19th century, ink and colors on paper, Monju bosatsu (Bodhisattva of Wisdom) is depicted holding a scroll with long elongated earlobes and in a monk's robe with a halo around his head, red artist's seal in the lower left corner of the painting, framed under glass, not examined outside of the frame.
