Circa 1800, oak, oak and pine secondary, two part form, upper bookcase with replaced cornice, paneled shaped doors, louvered shelved interior, desk with hinged slant lid, divided interior with sliding well, four graduated drawers, replaced bracket foot base.

The Estate of the late Wade Anderson Gardner, Jr., Wilson, NC Mr. Gardner, Jr. was born on March 25, 1936 in Wilson, and was the son of the late Lela Smith Gardner and Wade Anderson Gardner. A lifelong educator, he was awarded The Order of the Long Leaf Pine in 2004 for his 30 years of exemplary service to the educational system of North Carolina.

Replaced cornice and feet; cut and hinge repair to both upper doors; cut and patch near pull at upper door; replaced pulls.
