19th century, possibly a Kurd or Kazak Circassian Shashka, one handed weapon with a single cutting edge, slight to medium curvature of the blade, no hilt, decorated and hooked pommel, intricate relief carved pattern decorates the blade length, slender cutting blade with no grooves.
