The first a townscape by Cyril Kay-Scott, dated 1925 and retaining a North Carolina Museum of Art label on the verso, matted and framed but lacking glass (DOA 18.75 x 22.5 in.) (some foxing, laid down); the second a contemporary depiction of a rowboat on shore, signed "Nelson" at lower left, matted and presented under glass in a handsome driftwood frame (DOA 20 x 26 in.) (good estate condition); and the third an original work by Vinton Liddell Pickens (NC/VA, 1900-1994) titled Coconuts, matted and framed under glass (DOA 23 x 24 in.) (minor toning).
