19th century or earlier, calligraphy with signature and red artist's seal on upper right hand corner, two red seals on lower left bottom corner, ink and colors on silk, very finely painted landscape with a small pavilion in the lower left hand corner under a wonderfully detailed knobby tree with hanging vines, your eye is drawn next to the elegant bridge, then up to the swirling clouds and then to the looming green and blue shaded mountains in the background that fade to shadows of mountains in the distance, in an old wooden frame with decorative Asian metal hangers, framed under glass, not examined outside of the frame.

DOA: 44.5 x 17 in.

Two creases: one horizontal in upper part of the painting and one vertical on the right side; four ink blotches on the outlying edges in the upper part of the painting; general wear and toning to the silk expected with age.
