Páez Vilaró was a prolific artist of many mediums. His work includes painting, sculpture, ceramics, and murals. It also spans into the arts more broadly with musical composition and his realized structure, Casapueblo in Punto Ballena, Uruguay, where he lived and worked in the summers. Casapueblo remains a major attraction in Uruguay today as a hotel with galleries to showcase Páez Vilaró's work.
