Upcountry South Carolina, circa 1800, yellow pine, one piece form, original reddish brown painted surface, strong pronounced applied stepped cornice with dentil molding, two upper hinged cabinet doors, each with three panels, three shelved interior, stylized applied waist molding above two lower hinged cabinet doors each with two panels, single shelved interior, sides with applied molded frame, scalloped skirt with applied bracket feet.

This corner cupboard was on loan to the Appalachian Cultural Museum at Appalachian State University during the 1990s, until the museum was closed around 2010.

Replaced hinges with original hinge marks; original cornice with later round head nails; left upper corner molding missing; right top cornice return present but not attached; some missing dentil teeth; original front foot facings and skirt with break and repair to left and right facings; expected paint loss and wear; expected alligatoring.
