Early 20th century, Meiji or Taisho period, attributed to the Ando Jubei Company, worked in silver wire with opaque and translucent enamels, details flecked with aventurine, the upper body with horizontal bands enclosing stylized repeat foliate motifs with pairs of birds, below are lappet-shaped panels of dragons alternating with phoenixes, unsigned, comes with two stands that have a paper J. Ando Tokyo Nagoya Japan label on them.
