From the Original Dwell House, Pittsboro, North Carolina. Dwell magazine held a competition in 2009 for architects to design a modern pre-fab home under $200,000. The winning design by the New York City firm, Resolution: 4 Architecture, sits atop a private hilltop in Chatham County. After receiving 2,500 visitors during the initial open house it is noted as the most recognizable modern home of the 21st century.

Some small surface scratches to back wood panel at center; creases and light wear to leather; overall good estate condition.
