VF+ brown. The diagnostics for a genuine, un-altered coin are correct as follows: On the obverse the mintmark is in position #3 and shows the raised dot in the upper loop of the "S." On the reverse Victor D. Brenner's initials are correctly engraved with the slanting "B."

The surfaces appear original, though there are some wipe lines on the upper right quarter of the reverse. This coin is a good candidate for submission to a third party grading service.
